Information You Submit
Search terms
A name, place, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's terms and privacy practices control its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact submission, we retain the message and reply details as needed to answer. We do not share a message outside the organization unless the law requires it.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising functions may record technical details when a page loads:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring site, when supplied; and
- date and time stamps.
Cookies
Cookies help show how visitors use the site. You may block them through browser settings, although some tools or features may then work differently.
How Information Is Used
- Operate the site and maintain reasonable speed;
- send a search request to the selected partner service;
- understand which pages visitors find useful;
- diagnose and repair technical problems; and
- display advertising that may reflect interests.
Links and Outside Services
Links may lead to Randall County release records, Sheriff pages, TDCJ resources, court portals, federal or ICE locators, and third-party search services. Once you leave, the destination's privacy policy governs its collection and use of data.
Some advertising partners may track activity across different sites to select ads. That processing occurs on their systems, not ours.
Parties That May Receive Data
We do not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed to:
- search partners that process a submitted query;
- analytics providers that measure site use;
- advertising networks that deliver ads; and
- law enforcement or another government body responding to a valid legal order.
Reasonable Security Measures
We use standard safeguards suited to the service. No internet-connected system is fully secure, however, and we cannot promise that a breach or unauthorized access will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use Contact Us to request deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may:
- ask for a copy of personal data we hold;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- ask that eligible information be erased; and
- opt out of certain processing where that right applies.
Texas Government Code Chapter 552 governs public information held by Randall County and TDCJ, not data controlled by this private site. Requests for official records belong with the government custodian.

We may revise this privacy notice. A new version takes effect when posted here with an updated effective date.
